In response to our investigation last month, Silicon Valley Representative Anna Eshoo and the ranking member on the Energy and Commerce Committee, Henry Waxman, demanded answers from the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA). They want to find out what the agency knows about "death wobble" complaints from Jeep owners, and they question whether NHTSA should launch an investigation and/or a safety recall. I have a '93 Grand Cherokee and it does the "death wobble". It is very unnerving. The vehicle has been repaired twice regarding this matter and it still does it. I have children and I won't let them ride in the car with me.

I THOUGHT IT WAS UNIQUE TO MY 1998 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO 5.2 L!!!

I DID WARN MY FAMILY, THAT WHEN IT STARTS TO SHAKE, TO JUST SPIKE THE BRAKES AND PRAY THAT THIS MECHANICAL OSCILLATION WILL DAMPEN OUT.
THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ABOUT 5 TO 6 YEARS.
IT HAS GOTTEN TO THE POINT WHERE I DON'T WANT OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS TO DRIVE IT.

WE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH OUR 2007 JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED. WE PUT OVER $400 INTO NEW STABILIZERS AND SHOCKS, AS WELL AS WHEEL BALANCE AND ROTATION, TO NO AVAIL. THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. IT'S DOWNRIGHT SCARY. OUR MECHANIC WAS STUMPED AND RESEARCHED THE INTERNET TO FIND STORIES LIKE YOU'VE POSTED.THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE A SOLUTION. IT'S RIDICULOUS.

I am optimistic the Metropolitan Locations will adapt to the Bike as a Type of mass Transport. The Metropolitan Locations also, for the most CompA Solitarynt, have the mass transit infrastructure in Spot.
